Batch/Batch Continuous & Ion Exchange
The Dial Corporation :
Syntronix set the stage for the successful start-up of the first GUI in
our facility in May 1996. Six months later we cannot imagine using
another method for process control. With Syntonix's expertise, four
projects were put in service this week (November 1996). These projects
improved personnel and process safety, batch and continuous processes,
environmental protection and inventory control. Syntronix anticipated
what we needed and implemented requests from the engineer and operators
to deliver a program that met the operational specifications. We are
primed for automated process control in future expansion of our processing
and packaging areas.
Mallinckrodt :
"The program was well structured... We are absolutely impressed... We knew you would do a good job...
The startup wouldn't have been so good if the program wasn't well written... Great job!
Batch/Recipe Control
Red Star BioProducts :
"We needed a complicated control system to schedule up to 20 batches from any number of 17 various recipes for our process. Syntronix provided us a quality product that was easy to use, well thought out, and fit our needs."
Warner Jenkinson :
"Syntronix has provided us with quality service for a number of years, helping us to control our processes as we modernize our facilities. The level of their service and expertise has been a good value for our company."
Packaging
Monsanto :
"The goal was to install a state-of-the-art control system and operator interface for our packaging modernization. Syntronix was originally contracted to develop the operator interface and training course, but eventually took over all of the extensive programming tasks and helped us achieve our goal. Their engineers were professional and personable on our project."
